Our standard rate schedule is listed here. You can Pay via Paypal (by prior arrangement only; please don't pay before confirming availability.) Two night minimum (and three night minimum over holidays). For any nights over three, rate is discounted at half price.

Deposit
$300 Damage Deposit (refundable within one week after departure)
$50 (per pet) Pet Deposit (refundable within one week after departure). Make the shopping cart quantity the number of pets you're bringing.

Nightly Rate, First Three Nights, $325 plus 11% hotel tax = $360.75.Nightly Rate for Additional Nights, $225 plus 11% hotel tax = $249.75.
Holiday Rate, First Three Nights. July 4th, Memorial Day and Labor Day, $365 plus hotel tax = $405.15.Holiday Rate, Additional Nights. July 4th, Memorial Day and Labor Day, $225 plus hotel tax = $249.75.
Fall (September 15 - January 1)
Spring (March 15 - May 14)
Nightly Rate, First Three Nights, $255 plus hotel tax = $283.05 per night.
Nightly Rate, Additional Nights at Half Price, $127.50 plus hotel tax = 141.53
